Booking Policy

Booking and cancellation policy Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive email confirmation with the tour details, meeting point and selected time. Cancellations requested by the customer: * Up to 48 hours before the tour: refund of the amount paid, minus 1.5% for payment processing fees. * Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund. * Less than 24 hours in advance: no refund. Date or time changes: You can request changes of date, time or number of people at no cost up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Cancellation by MAD ALTERNATIVE RUNS: If the tour must be cancelled for safety, adverse weather or any cause attributable to MAD ALTERNATIVE RUNS, a date change or a full 100% refund will be offered. Bad weather: The tour can take place in light rain. In unsafe conditions, a reschedule or full refund will be proposed.
