Tour and experience bookings are made through the forms available on this website. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and the confirmation email is received.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. The price per person may vary depending on the number of participants and is displayed before completing the booking. Discount codes, where available, are applied during the booking process and are subject to their own validity terms.

Payment is processed through the secure Base44 Payments (Wix) payment gateway. MAD Alternative Runs S.L. does not store the user's full card details.

Bookings are subject to a minimum lead time, shown during the booking process. Change and cancellation terms are provided in the booking confirmation and can be requested by writing to info@madridalternativeruns.com.

6. Liability

Taking part in routes and training sessions involves physical activity. Each participant declares that they are fit for the activity they book and acts under their own responsibility, so we recommend consulting a healthcare professional if in doubt.

Madrid Alternative Runs S.L. is not liable for decisions taken based on the information provided on the website, nor for any damage caused to the user or third parties by actions based solely on the information obtained on the site.
